Regal 2465 Commodore For Sale, New Lonely Boat Available

Regal 2465 Commodore For Sale
We have been asked to share another Lonely Boat for sale in Gosport Marina. This time it’s a Regal 2465 Commodore. Much like the Monterey 270 last week she’s a tidy boat but in need of some work to the engine. However this one doesn’t need a new engine, just a new outdrive.
At an asking price of £8k and a potential further investment of £5-7k to fix her up we think she shows good value. Other Regal 2465 boats are listed for sale for £20k+. That is if you want to sell the boat on. If you’re looking for a cheaper boat and can fix her up yourself this could be a great opportunity.
Lonely Boats Service
The owner told us that the boat was lifted out for the winter recently. It was after the lift out during her annual maintenance that he noticed the problem with the outdrive. Then the decision was made to try and sell her as a going concern. Our Lonely Boats service was set up exactly for boats like this.
The marina that the boat is stored in would be able to lift onto transport if you’d like to relocate the boat. Gosport Marina might even be open to a new owner keeping the boat there, however it is on of the pricier boat yards in the area. At around 24ft you might be able to get the boat moved on a large trailer rather than using a low loader. However we would always recommend the safer option than taking a chance.
Contact Form
If you would like to make an offer for the Regal 2465 Commodore then you just need to fill in the contact form. We will then send that information to the owner to make contact. There is no guarantee that the owner will make contact. If the first person he calls agrees to buy the boat. As always we don’t think this boat will be on the market for too long so if you’re interested we recommend getting in contact.

Luke completed a journalism degree in Brighton University and fortunately for us uses this in his communications, Facebook posts, Tweets and emails to tell all our enquirers and followers what we are up to. Without Luke we would be lost, he runs the office, keeps us organised and is like a terrier and never lets a tricky boat disposal job go un-photographed or Tweeted about.
He also manages all of our enquiries passing them to whoever in the team is the best suited to deal with it. We are teaching Luke how to drive a motorboat or sail a yacht so while he’s learning we suggest you keep out of the Solent!
When he’s not at work he’s a massive football fan (his Dad used to play for Portsmouth FC years ago) and seems to know everything there is to know about any player, anywhere. Next time you ring and he answers, think of a tricky football trivia question and ask him

Our new Lonely Boats page has another great project boat available to buy. This boat is literally in her current condition because she was a lonely boat for the last few years. The Monterey 270 was bought brand new back in 2009 by her current owner.
