Collection of Personal Information

To use the services Boatbreakers™ offers, you will need to provide us with a small amount of personal information as well as information about the boat or boats you are looking to get disposed of.

In addition to the information that you provide us, Boatbreakers™ use some automated data collection tools on our website. Boatbreakers™ will only use your personal information to process the disposal of your boat, to contact you with updates or to request additional information and to respond to your enquiries or requests for information.

We will not contact your or send you unsolicited e-mails. If you have requested not to be contacted, when you have used our Scrap Calculator, it will send your quote to the e-mail you provided automatically, but you will not receive any further communications from Boatbreakers™ unless you contact us and give your consent to contact you. If you enter a false email address in the Scrap Calculator you will not receive your quote.

If you call or email us requesting a specific boat part we can save you details in our database so that when/if we get that part in we can let you know. This data isn’t used for any other reason and is only used to let you the customer know when we have the part you’re looking for.

You can unsubscribe at any time (see How to Opt-Out). We do not send Spam emails and we aim to produce a newsletter that gives a general overview of what we have coming into the yard or what we’ve been up to.
